Services to build and grow your business.

Most of what we do is one of two kinds of work: building the software your business runs on, and making sure customers can find you. Around both sit the ways to start, keep and extend a build, from discovery to support. Pick the service that matches your problem, or tell us the problem and we will point you to the right one.

Every service

Find the one that fits your problem.

19 services under four headings. Each card opens the full page: what you get, how it runs and the questions people ask.

Free 30-minute call

Not sure which one you need? That is what the first call is for.

Thirty minutes with a senior engineer. Bring the problem, not a brief, and leave knowing which service fits and whether it is worth doing at all.

Whichever service you choose

Four things that never change.

01
Scope
A fixed price, in writing.
Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed quote. If the scope changes, you see the cost before we build it. No surprise invoices.
02
Rhythm
A working demo, every week.
Something real works every week, and you can open the project board any time. Progress is seen, not promised.
03
Ownership
Code you own, outright.
Source code, designs, content and accounts are yours once the work is paid for, handed over with documentation your next developer can follow.
04
People
The engineers you meet are the engineers who build.
No sales layer and no hand-off to a junior team. A senior engineer joins your first call and stays on the work through to launch.
A different kind of engagement

Have an idea rather than a project?

Three times a year we co-found a product instead of invoicing for it. You bring a UK limited company, a real idea and part of the build cost. We bring the senior team, carry the rest and take 10 to 15 per cent equity.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions.

Can we use more than one service at a time?

Yes, and most clients do. A SaaS build with AI visibility attached, or an online shop rebuild with marketing, runs as one project with one accountable team and one monthly report.

Do you work with developers we already have?

Often. We review the existing code first, tell you honestly what we found and then either work alongside your team or take over the system. Either way you get the findings in writing.

What is the smallest piece of work you take on?

An audit. Automation audits, website reviews, shop reviews and AI visibility audits are deliberately small, so you can see how we think before committing to a build.

How are projects priced?

Build work gets a fixed, itemised quote after a short discovery stage, paid in milestones as it is delivered. Growth work runs month to month on a retainer with a report tied to the results we agreed. Nothing is paid in full up front.

Who actually does the work?

Senior engineers. The people on your first call are the people who design and write your system. Nobody is swapped out after the contract is signed.
