Our process in five stages, so you always know what happens next.
Good process is invisible when it works. Here is ours, stage by stage, with what you receive at each one, so there are no surprises after you say yes.
- Free 30-minute call
- Fixed quote in writing
- Code you own
Discover, design, build, launch, grow.
-
01 Weeks 1 to 2
Discover, honestly.
We start with questions, not a quote. What result are you buying? Who will use this? What breaks if it works? You get a written brief covering goals, users, scope, risks and how we will measure success. For AI projects we also map where automation genuinely saves time, where a person should stay in the loop and what that means for your data under UK GDPR.
You receive- A project brief
- A scope document
- A fixed quote in pounds
- A timeline
-
02 Weeks 2 to 4
Design, fast.
Wireframes before pixels, pixels before code. We design the main screens first and review them with you on a live call. For products, we prototype the riskiest screen first, because that is where the wrong assumptions hide.
You receive- A clickable prototype
- A design system
- An updated plan if discovery changed anything
-
03 Week 4 onwards
Build, in slices.
Senior engineers, a weekly demo and a shared board you can open any time. We build in vertical slices, so something real works every week. Code is reviewed, tested and documented as we go, never left until the end.
You receive- Weekly working demos
- Access to a staging site
- Progress notes in plain English
-
04 Launch week
Launch, from a checklist.
Launch is a checklist, not a ceremony. Speed targets met, analytics wired to your cookie consent, security reviewed, accessibility checked, structured data in place, every page readable by AI crawlers and a rollback plan ready. We launch together on a call and watch the numbers with you.
You receive- The live product
- A launch report
- Training for your team
-
05 Onwards
Grow, measurably.
This is where most agencies disappear. Ongoing work covers new features, AI visibility (SEO, AEO, GEO, LLMO), paid marketing and a quarterly review. Everything is reported against the numbers we agreed in stage one.
You receive- Monthly outcome reports
- A roadmap that adapts
- A team that remembers why we built this
Ready for stage one? Book the discovery call.
Thirty minutes with a senior engineer, free and with no obligation. Bring the problem, not a brief.
How we work together.
UK businesses tell researchers the same things about technology suppliers: reply promptly and personally, keep us updated without being chased and be open about costs (Department for Business and Trade, July 2025). This is how we do that.

Frequently asked questions.
How long does a typical project take?
Websites take 4 to 8 weeks. Online shops take 6 to 12 weeks. Apps and SaaS MVPs take 10 to 20 weeks. AI automation pilots reach a first working workflow in 3 to 6 weeks. Your exact timeline comes with the fixed quote.
How much of my time will it take?
About an hour a week for a review call in UK working hours, plus feedback on demos when it suits you. We handle the rest, and you can check progress on the shared board whenever you like.
How will we communicate during the project?
However suits your team: email, phone, Microsoft Teams, Slack or Google Meet, in UK hours. You get a written update and a demo every week, a shared project board you can open any time, and direct contact with the senior engineer leading your project.
What happens after launch?
You choose. Either a clean handover with documentation and training, or a monthly support and maintenance plan, with new features, AI visibility and marketing added as you need them. Plans run month to month, with no long lock-in.
What if the scope changes halfway through?
It happens, and the process allows for it. Small changes are absorbed in the weekly rhythm. Anything larger gets a short written change note with its cost and effect on the timeline, agreed before we build it. No surprise invoices.
