Accessibility Statement
Effective date: 12 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. We aim for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the same standard we build client work to, and we take our duty to make reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010 seriously.
Where we are
We believe this site meets WCAG 2.2 level AA in most areas, based on our own testing. The known exceptions are listed below. We last reviewed this statement on 12 October 2026.
What we have done
- A clear page structure, with landmarks, headings and a "Skip to content" link
- Full keyboard access, with a visible focus outline
- Text and controls that meet the AA colour contrast standard
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and clear names for buttons and links
- Form fields with visible labels and no time limits
- Subtle animation, switched off when your device asks for reduced motion
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and when zoomed to 200 per cent
- A cookie banner and settings panel that work with a keyboard and screen reader
Known limitations
Some content comes from other providers, such as the booking calendar and embedded videos, and may not fully meet our standard. If one of them gets in your way, call us or use the contact form, and we will arrange the same thing another way.
How we test
When we change the site, we check it with automated tools and by hand, using keyboard-only navigation and a screen reader. We fix accessibility problems with the same priority as any other bug.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site is hard to use, please let us know. Call us on 07723 431000 or use the contact form, and tell us which page it was and what happened. We aim to reply within two working days and to fix confirmed problems quickly. If you need anything from the site in a different format, such as large print or a phone conversation instead of a form, just ask.
