Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: 12 October 2026
This policy sets out what you may not do on our website, or with the systems and AI agents we build or run for you. It exists to keep people, data and systems safe, and it applies alongside our Terms of Service.
Please do not
- break the law, or use our site or services to infringe anyone's rights, including their intellectual property and privacy;
- try to break into, probe or test the security of our systems, or of any system we host or run, unless we have agreed to it in writing;
- upload or send malware, overload our systems or disrupt the service for anyone else;
- scrape or bulk-copy content or personal information from the site, although search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read our public pages to index them and answer questions;
- send unsolicited marketing emails, texts or calls through anything we build or run for you, in breach of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (PECR);
- pretend to be someone else, or misstate who you work for, including in Co-Founder Programme applications;
- use what we build, including AI features, to make significant automated decisions about people without the safeguards UK law requires, or to create content or systems that are unlawful, deceptive or discriminatory, or designed to harm people, such as fraud, harassment, impersonation or misleading deepfakes.
Systems we run for clients
Where we run a system for a client, the client is responsible for making sure its own users follow this policy and the law, and confirms that it has the right to all the data it asks us to process. If a client's product lets users share content with each other, the client is the service provider for the purposes of the Online Safety Act 2023.
Reporting a problem
If you find a security weakness or see our services being misused, please tell us through the contact form or by phone. Give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you tell anyone else, and do not access more data than you need to show us the problem.
What happens if the rules are broken
If this policy is seriously broken, we may suspend access, remove content or end the engagement, and we will cooperate with the authorities where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will give notice and a chance to put things right first.
